4oz of chocolate (one baking bar)
1/4 cup of smooth natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons of honey
1 cup of rolled oats
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
In a medium sauce pan melt down your chocolate, peanut butter & honey over low heat. Stir until smooth and combined. remove from heat.
Add in your oats and mix together.
Scoop out your cookies and place on your lined baking sheet - this recipe should yield about 12 cookies.
I used my hands and made small balls out of the ingredients rather than scooping them. Make sure your mixture is cool enough to touch!
Place your baking sheet in the freezer for 20 minutes to set the cookies. Remove from the freezer and place cookies in to a covered container. Store in the fridge to enjoy!
