One of the parts of parenting Zack and I are looking forward to the most in the beginning is reading to Baby-O. I met a friend for lunch a couple of weeks ago and she shared with me that kids, even newborns, are supposed to hear 3,000 words a day. I definitely talk a lot, but I'm sure that books would be a much better way of tackling those 3,000 words a day. Our book collection for him or her is just getting started. We've got a bunch on a list that we know we want to purchase, but we want to hear your favorites. What are some that especially pulled at your heart strings, that you found helpful for early development, or that your kids have especially enjoyed? We're all in this parenting thing together, right? Feel free to share below! Thank you in advance.
