Honey Roasted Carrots

  • 1 bunch carrots, peeled and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  • Set your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Peel and quarter your carrots. 
  • Spray your baking dish. Toss your carrots in olive oil and place in the dish, spreading them evenly. 
  • Bake for 30 minutes. 
  • Remove and top with honey and raw sugar. Serve warm.
