Shipping & Returns
You should receive an e-mail within a few minutes of placing your order, and an additional e-mail after your order has shipped. If you have not received an e-mail and you made a purchase please check your spam folders. If you still are missing your confirmation please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort this out right away!
Our shipping starts at $7 and for each additional item we add $1. Domestic orders will be processed and shipped between 1 to 3 business days of your purchase excluding weekends and holidays, and usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days after it has been shipped.
International orders aren't accepted at this time, but we have plans to change this in the near future so stay tuned!
If you are in anyway unhappy with your order please let us know! We do our best to convey the details of our goods so that there is little reason for returns or exchanges, but if you decide the item you purchased isn't the best fit for your household shoot an e-mail to email@example.com. We accept returns up to 30 days from the time of purchase so long as your item is unused and in it's original condition and packaging. Please take note that we will not refund your shipping costs or cover the shipping cost for your return.
